I am a proud mumma to two amazing boys who keep me on my toes, inspire me daily, and remind me just how beautifully chaotic life can be.

For the last 15 years, my career has been firmly planted in teaching, nannying, and babysitting. But alongside motherhood and childcare, I ride the daily roller coaster of mental health battles. Out of that wild ride, The Soul Project was born. It is my personal wellness journey, but also a mission to inspire and empower other women. By openly sharing my raw experiences, I want to show you that it is possible to navigate the loops and drops of life while creating a beautiful legacy.

Through my mental health battles, I have learned the life-changing power of non-negotiables—those sacred daily boundaries and wellness practices that keep us grounded. A massive, foundational part of my daily routine is flooding my body with whole-food nutrition through my Juice Plus+ business and high-quality supplements.
